Shipping

Canadian and US orders are typically fulfilled within 2-7 business days. Once received, all shipments are sent out by standard delivery services and can be expected within 5-10 business days. International orders may require more time for delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. TeamCZR Inc. cannot be held accountable for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, postal service delays etc.

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from TeamCZR Inc. including teamczr.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of product receipt. To complete a return or exchange please send an inquiry to support@teamczr.com and you will receive a response within 48-72 hours. If items are sent back without e-mail correspondence or without meeting the following return eligibility criteria, items will be sent back and you will be charged shipping fees incurred in returning the item to you.

In order to be eligible for return/exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order*.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of stains and odor, with tags still attached.
  • Items/orders were purchased at regular price..

*Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send return or exchange items back to TeamCZR Inc. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items not eligible for return/exchange include:

  • Sale and discounted items. This includes items purchased with promo codes. (Promo codes are only applicable at checkout and cannot be applied once the order is processed).
  • Items purchased at events and expos.
  • Items purchased on sale and/or at a sale price
  • Custom orders

Defective Products/ Mis-packed Items:

If you received a defective product or incorrect item(s), please e-mail us at support@teamczr.com including your order number and you will receive a response within 48-72 hours. For defective items, please include a photo of the product.
